I was responsible for answering online enquiries via social media and online forums in different languages.

I managed Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and online complaint forums such as Trust Pilot and Site Jabber in English, Spanish and Portuguese. My role was to answer enquiries and complaints online. I dealt with all kinds of customers, including online users with high influential power.

Part of my role was also to produce and schedule content on social media.
